In Term 3 Year 7 -10 mathematics students participated in the CSIRO Bebras Challenge (412+ students). The challenge is designed to promote computational thinking, a way of understanding problems and identifying the tools and strategies that enable a solution to be developed.
Some students worked individually and others in groups of up to 4, building their collaboration skills. All students that participated will be receiving a certificate, 32 students achieved a Merit Award and 2 students achieved a Credit award.
A fantastic effort from all that participated in this challenge during remote learning.
