Our next exciting opportunity is to come and learn from internationally recognised AI in Education expert Matt Esterman. Matt is an award-winning educator and technology leader with over 20 years of experience in schools, helping communities navigate the evolving digital landscape. As founder of “The Next Word” and co-author of “The Next Word: AI & Teachers”, he works with schools and families to build confidence and capability in understanding and using AI.

AI & Education: Bridging the Gap for Families
Join Matt Esterman from The Next Word for a session designed to cut through the AI hype. We’ll look at how families can navigate this new landscape and start treating AI like a “butler with a PhD” : taking care of the boring bits so we can get back to brilliance. We’ll also explore the deeper issues of companion apps and child safety risks. Expect some practical demonstrations about what AI does now, as we look at the foundations students and families need to make it work.
