Miss Rigby’s VCE Year 11 Food Studies students completed a Grazing Box assessment task which saw them planning a picnic lunch with peers. Students had to factor in various elements including: dietary requirements, hazard control, safe food handling, time constraints and presentation.
They designed individual logos for their Grazing Boxes and included both sweet and savoury elements. At lunchtime, the class and their VIP guests (including a few ring-ins) enjoyed connecting socially at the Grazing event.
Miss Rigby is extremely proud of what the students were able to achieve.
