The Olympics are with us and so too is the Brigidine Centre library Olympic display. The display has been organized, designed and presented by Ms Bath. The display includes clothing and materials from Ms Blythe’s Olympic collection as well as memorabilia from Ms Rush’s attendance at the 2016 Olympic games in Rio.
There are also donations of a flag and posters from the Japanese consulate in Melbourne. The Olympics display is possibly the best display in Geelong and certainly outside the AOC in Canberra.
Come into the library and view the display when you are back at school.
Ms Bath is to be congratulated on her work in sourcing materials for the collection and for creating a display that makes Clonard proud.
Stay tuned for live coverage of the Olympics in the foyer and upstairs in the library during breaks.
