This year our PreCal students flourishing in the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Pilot Program. The initiatives and framework of the program have further built on the work and projects previously established at Clonard.
This term the class has been maintaining and harvesting our garden beds that were created by last year’s Year 10 PreCAL class.
Today, they prepared a delicious shared lunch of bruschetta, soup, pasta, zucchini muffins and lemon slice. A rewarding experience for all having been part of every step from paddock to plate.
