Lily and Mila B (Year 7) competed in the interschool Snowsports last week.

The girls unfortunately missed out on a podium finish for Clonard. But they were fast enough to qualify for Nationals.

Mila has qualified for Snowboard cross and Giant slalom and Lily has qualified for Giant slalom. 

The Nationals were held Wednesday and Thursday last week at Mount Buller where they once again represented Clonard.

Lily and Mila were against some very tough competition but did an amazing job representing Clonard.

 Lily came 37^th, Lily had a nervous first 1st run, but she was amazing how she pulled herself together to shave a lot of time in her second run.

Mila put down two very solid runs to finish 28^th which is awesome. Mila was only 5/6 seconds off the podium.

Mila was in Boader-cross on Thursday, Mila’s run was amazing, she came 20^th which again not far off the pace, only 4 seconds split 1-20^th place,

We are extremely proud of Lily and Mila’s achievements; we look forward to seeing the girls compete next year!
