Unit 1 Food Studies class today explored the question, ‘Does Australia have its own cuisine?’

They chose ingredients to create classic desserts and sweets with a few new creations inspired by Caramello Koalas, iced vo vos, Tim Tams and even vegemite! (Thanks Mrs Fitzpatrick for ducking to the supermarket for an extra packet of vo vos)
