On Wednesday, our Year 10 Commerce students ran their own stalls and offered a variety of goods for sale including Pizza, Krispy Kreme donuts, nail wraps and fake nails, lip balm, hand cream and cookies.

Our aim was to raise money for the Brigidine Asylum Seeker Project, whilst the students learnt what it’s like to run their own business. From choosing their product, to promoting it within the school community and organising pre orders.

The culmination of their work saw them raise over $1600 in sales, $300 of which was profit and to be donated. Not bad work for a 50minute lunch time.

We would like to thank all the students and staff who supported this initiative and purchased items from our stalls.
