Year 7 students ventured off to three local locations on May 17 and 18: Barwon River, Serendip Sanctuary and Queenscliff (which included the Marine Discovery Centre).
The excursions were a ‘tuning in’ for their new Science unit ‘Food Webs’. Later in the term, the students will work in groups during Science and Maths classes to work on and present their project on an ‘Invasive Species’ that has had an negative impact on the local environment..
