On Thursday 27 July the Year 10 Pre-Voc class hosted the Fizz Crackle Crunch pop-up café. A range of delicacies were sold including honey joys, chocolate crackle and spiders, all items were made by the Pre-Voc students. The pop-up café was held to raise money for BASP (Brigidine Asylum Seekers Project) with a total amount of $875.20 raised. This money will all be donated to BASP.

In the lead up to the day everyone learned how to make honey joys and chocolate crackle. We also learnt how many of hours of planning and preparation goes into organising a fundraising event, how to work as a team and collaborate to make sure everything gets done.

During the time of the café everyone enjoyed baking the goodies, and selling all items knowing that the money was going to a good cause and helping people in need.
