The Year 11 VCE Physical Education classes attended a wheelchair basketball session conducted by Parallel Sports at Try Boys Basketball Stadium. The session was part of the current unit of study on Contemporary Issues in Sport and Physical Activity. The group was guided through the skills of using a wheelchair as well as some discussion around the challenges faced by people with a disability in accessing sport and physical activity.
