The library was been a hive of activity last week, celebrating Book Week 2022! The theme for this year was Dreaming with Eyes Open.
Congratulations to the library team who outdid themselves, creating a beautiful dreamscape within the library space. Special book readings by the teachers were held throughout the week and a special performance by Mr Hindson held on Wednesday.
The Book Week costume parade was held towards the end of the week, where students and staff came dressed as their favourite characters and paraded around the College grounds.

Nicola Confoo, Year 7 for the Junior category
Olivia Rowe, Year 1 for the Senior category
Lance Houlihan for taking out the Staff category, dressed as a die-hard Magpies fan. Go Pies!
The winners of the Design a Poster and 100 word short story competitions were also announced.
Congratulations to:
Emily Wolfe, Year 8, for her winning entry in the 100 word short story competition, and
Annabelle Stone, Year 7 for winning the Design a Poster competition with her creative design.
It was a fun filled week, thank you to the library team, staff and student leaders who contributed in making Book Week 2022 a huge success.
