Keeping our community connected during this time is very important. There has been many changes and lots of learnings taking place for students, teachers and parents. An important part of our Wellbeing support is our weekly Wellbeing check-ins.
Every Monday morning your daughters will be sent a unique link to complete a short survey that helps us monitor how they are feeling, highlight any technical issues and allow them a safe and secure way to reach out to their Wellbeing teacher. The vast majority of students have completed this which has given staff valuable feedback to follow up on.
Many students expressed that they were worried in our initial survey (first day back) about how they would learn remotely and after analysing this week’s feedback I am happy to report that we have seen that worry drop significantly in this week’s results.
Wellbeing is more important now than ever and I encourage our girls to get out from behind the screens in the scheduled breaks and move, make a healthy snack and get some fresh air. Your brain craves movement and we know it helps us to be ready to learn.
Well done girls on navigating this new territory – your parents and teachers are very proud of you!
