During the first week of the Term, Year 8 students travelled to the You Yangs for their Humanities class. In this excursion, they learnt about the topic of ‘My Place’ and the importance of Wathawurrung Country. The students spent majority of the day up at Big Rock, and let out their inner explorers. The aim of the trip was to enhance their knowledge about Indigenous heritage and how humanity has changed over time.
